We start with an extensive introduction in our offices or schedule a virtual meeting. We really take the time to get to know your company, your vacancy and your expectations. Do you want to organise an assessment? Are you hiring someone permanently or do you require temporary support? Depending on your request, we start an online and offline search for candidates who are thoroughly screened.
We only introduce strong candidates who fit the full picture and whom you can hire on a permanent contract or employ on a fixed-term outsourcing contract. If you think you see a perfect fit, we schedule an interview for you. We guide you through the whole process and keep in touch at every step.
