After a telephone screening where we check a number of things like your language skills, we invite you for an extensive introduction in our office. Alternatively we can also schedule a virtual meeting. What experience do you have? Why do you want to leave your current employer? What do you expect from a new working environment? What ambitions do you want to fulfil? What are your personal values? We really take the time to get to know you and your dreams.
If we think you are a perfect fit, we will introduce you to the company and schedule an interview for you. We prepare the interview with you, may schedule some online tests and share tips & tricks so you can rock your interview.
