Votre fonction
As a trusted right hand to a senior executive, your mission is clear: help make his professional (and occasionally private) life run as smoothly as possible, so he can focus on the bigger picture. This is a classic PA role – tailor-made for someone who enjoys being the backbone of a structured and well-run agenda.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Proactive calendar management and scheduling across time zones
- Organising and rebooking international travel (often last minute)
- Preparing and proofreading presentations (PowerPoint) and briefing materials
- Handling confidential correspondence in French and English
- Planning internal and external meetings and events
- Taking meeting minutes when needed and ensuring follow-up
- Managing expenses, invoices and administrative follow-up
- Occasional support with private matters (e.g. travel, appointments)
- Acting as the main liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
You will be working in a traditional and formally organized environment where discretion, trustworthiness and professional maturity are key.
