Our client is searching for a highly skilled Management Assistant / Office Manager to provide all-round support, especially for the Director of Europe, but also for other members of the Europe team.
The position will include a mix of traditional support, including calendar management, expense reporting and invoice processing.
It will also require the ability to manage multiple projects and meeting deadlines, and help the Director expand the reach and scope of the team’s projects.
In addition to the administrative support, the role will also include office management functions, such as assuming reception responsibilities, ordering and managing supplies, engaging and interacting with service providers and vendors.
This is a new function that has yet to be set up and expanded within a new structure.
