Temporary project of 9 months (open to freelancers also), full-time, in HR team of International HQ, based in Diegem

Je functie

You will provide administrative support to the Talent Manager and the Benefits & Payroll Advisor.
Your responsibilities:


  • Administrative support for posting and removal of vacancies
  • First pre-screening of candidates – telephone screening
  • Follow-up of candidates during the process:
    • Planning of meetings and follow-up
    • Coordination of on-line assessments
  • ….

Training Administration

  • Register attendances
  • Evaluations
  • Planning of the training sessions
  • Ordering gadgets
  • Booking external training rooms
  • …..

Payroll Administration

  • Preparation of employment contracts and all types of addenda
  • Archiving, maintaining personnel files
  • Administer requests for career interruption
  • Control and distribution of invoices
  • Ordering meal vouchers
  • Declaration of sick leave to insurance company
  • Planning return-to-work examinations
  • Update organisational chart
  • Ordering fruit baskets, flowers, gifts, etc
  • Create vendors in Ariba
  • Etc.

Je profiel

  • Excellent Dutch and fluent English
  • Experience in a similar role as HR Assistant, experience with personnel administration and social legislation
  • Autonomous, well-organized, can-do attitude
  • Accuracy and strong eye for detail
  • Computer literate

The company has 5.000 employees worldwide, of which 350 in Europe, and 36 manufacturing and research facilities in eight countries, including the United States, Belgium, China, Colombia, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and South Korea. In Belgium, the company coordinates the sales and marketing in its EMEA headquarters in Diegem.

Onze opdrachtgever biedt

  • Temporary contract starting 1 May 2023 at the latest. Ending December or January 2024. Possibility of a permanent contract after this initial trial period.
  • Full-time, ideally, but 4/5th is negotiable
  • Hybrid working (after initial training period at the office)
