The Fleet & Mobility Manager plays an important role in co-designing the mobility strategy and ensuring its implementation, as well as leading special projects in the field of office facilities, office services, purchasing and HR.  S/he will oversee and manage the fleet and mobility policies while ensuring all employees have a great customer experience, and make sure that the assigned projects are delivered on time and with the expected quality.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

Mobility strategy:

  • Developing and adapting the mobility strategy in line with the local legislation and trends in the market, ensuring future proof decisions are taken
  • Coordinating the day-to-day activities related to green and business mobility budget services
  • Deploying internal communication and implementation plans

Fleet management:

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining a strategic fleet management, policy and procedures
  • Driving and maintaining a strong partnership with external providers
  • Proactively managing risks while identifying areas of improvement and optimization
  • Acting as an expert for all fleet and associated matters (cars specifications, vehicle lifecycle, etc)
  • Extracting and analyzing of complex data sets as well as planning and understanding budget and costs
  • Preparing and presenting monthly reports to the leadership, in collaboration with the Finance department

Public transport management:

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining a strategic public transport management within the overall frame of the mobility strategy
  • Putting in place the necessary partnership with public transport companies
  • Analyzing and reporting of public transport usage data to improve its management and optimization

Parking management:

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining a strategic parking management
  • Coordinating the day-to-day activities
  • Analyzing and reporting of parking usage data to improve its management and optimization

Special projects:

  • Leading special projects in the area of office facilities, office services, office purchasing and HR; working closely with all the Business Lines and Firm departments involved as well as the Finance team

Recommended Experience/Qualifications:

  • Proven project management experience
  • Sound experience in a Fleet / Mobility role
  • Sound expertise and interest in the social & fiscal law related to mobility & fleet management in Belgium, and ideally in Luxembourg
  • Demonstrated experience working with high level of autonomy
  • Experience in an international environment is a plus
  • Fluent in English, French and Dutch
  • Flexibility and willingness to work overtime (if necessary)
