3-lingual Management Assistant wanted for a top-level consultancy firm located in the centre of Brussels (10 min walk from central station)

Your function

As a Management Assistant, you will provide administrative and organisational support to Partners/Managers at a high level. You are part of a very professional and motivated team that supports consultants in a most dynamic environment.

Your responsibilities (80% agenda management)

  • You are responsible for the complex agenda of the Partner(s) and you can prioritise and manage multiple tasks. You make decisions based on the knowledge of the preferences of your Partner(s)
  • You book travel, plan meetings, follow up on any open topic and manage the time and expenses of your Partner(s)
  • as a dynamic and driven Management Assistant, you are able to work with little supervision and you can proactively solve complex agenda items
  • You are able to work and perform under pressure, while maintaining an excellent customer service attitude
  • You do not have a 9-to-5 attitude and you are flexible when needed. You can handle confidential information well, you are discreet and work with full integrity
  • In addition to professional communication skills, you have strong interpersonal skills and work well as part of a team as well as individually. You can work effectively and efficiently with clients, teams and other contacts

Your profile

  • excellent spoken and written knowledge of English, and excellent spoken and written knowledge of French OR Dutch (you commit to improving your level in the other language through courses offered by the employer)
  • minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role especially in agenda management
  • excellent knowledge of computer software packages: Office 365, Outlook

Our client offers

  • Permanent full time contract in a work schedule of 40 hours per week
  • Gross salary up to max (!) € 3.300 in function of your experience and age
  • Overtime paid (150% compensated or taken in recuperation)
