Je functie

The executive assistant will provide administrative and organisational support to the MD Europe:

  • organise travel and accommodation
  • manage schedule, calendar and rescheduling requirements
  • manage the email inbox
  • production of monthly reports
  • compile monthly expenses
  • arrange and attend senior leadership and other meetings, take minutes/actions and distribute to all attendees
  • coordinate and distribute papers in advance of meetings
  • back-up for the office manager

Je profiel

  • similar experience as EA in an international and fast-paced environment
  • English working language. Knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus.
  • flexible and can-do attitude
  • excellent time-management skills
  • ability to work independently
