CEO Assistance:
Lead by directly supporting the CEO with handling correspondence, preparing presentations, coordinating business trips, and organizing high-profile events like MIPIM and team-building activities.

Asset Management Assistance:
Take charge of verifying rents, assisting with report preparation, managing green certificates and property taxes, and supporting marketing efforts and lease management.

Office Management:
Oversee the smooth operation of the office by managing supplies and invoices, controlling supplier contracts, and ensuring the pantry and IT supplies are well-stocked.

Reception:
Be the welcoming face of the office, greeting visitors, preparing meeting rooms, and handling communications via phone, email, and agenda management. You'll also manage Belgian and Luxembourgish mail.

Secretarial Duties:
Handle essential tasks such as copying, scanning, filing documents, organizing meetings, updating databases, archiving, and preparing annual binders.

Accounting Assistance:
Support the finance team by entering payments, reconciling visas, managing invoicing for rentals and parking, and assisting with annual audits and VAT recovery.

Legal Assistance:
Prepare meeting minutes and documents, assist with capital increases and contracts, and update company and shareholder lists.
