In this role, you will be working closely together with the CEO for Northern Europe and the Executive Committee.
You will be in charge of preparing all ComEx meetings by drafting the agenda, gathering and compiling all necessary information and documents, coordinating with other ComEx members, participating in the meeting and taking minutes, following-up on action points, acting on behalf of the CEO to co-ordinate information requests, etc.
You will participate in the production of monitoring processes, documenting the format and definitions of data, arranging data collection and ensuring production on time, and then summarized in advance of presentation through the governance structure
You will also work with the CEO and the Executive Team to ensure regular and effective communication to the Sales & Distribution community and key stakeholders. You will prepare materials including key messages and will be working with contributors to align messages, build an effective plan and determine communication content.
In this autonomous role, you will lead and/or contribute to special projects on strategic topics (in conjunction with internal or external stakeholders). You will provide high quality support to the CEO in all aspects of his responsibility and be in contact with the most senior stakeholders and key stakeholders across the AXA Partners business.
This role requires a broad and in-depth understanding of the company's activities, policies, procedures and environment at local and international level. You’ll need to engage with the most senior and key stakeholders across the business
