Receptionist/Office Assistant: your function

You will support the consultants and managers:

  • Manage the reception (welcoming visitors, phone calls, general mails)
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post
  • Maintain office supplies (IT hardware, printer, ...)
  • Facility management (car parking, security guard, ...)
  • Travel arrangements (booking, venue reservations)
  • Organization of meetings (onsite and offsite)
  • Other administrative support

We're looking for a dynamic candidate who is eager to learn, and will get training to:

  • Provide support to consultants (figures, proposals and project reports)
  • Give support in compiling project documentation

Receptionist/Office Assistant: your profile

As the ideal candidate, you:

  • Have an excellent knowledge of English, written as well as oral - a good knowledge of Dutch and/or French would be useful
  • Are motivated and enthusiastic
  • Take initiative, you have a good work ethic and are eager to learn
  • Have a very good knowledge of MS Office (Acrobat is a plus)
  • Preferably have 1 or more years of experience as a receptionist

Our client is an international consultancy company with offices in Brussels (Auderghem).
For this client we are currently looking for a Receptionist/Office Assistant, who will manage the reception desk and provide support to the consultants and managers.
