Personal Assistant for non-corporate environment: your function

The Personal Assistant will provide full support to the CEO of the office:

  • managing the agenda
  • organizing travel arrangements, including ground transportation, airport assistance, accommodations and local activities.
  • preparing meetings, taking care of facilities, preparing documents and relevant materials
  • updating contact database
  • planning and executing all types of events.
  • managing calls, appointments, subscriptions, invitations and correspondence.
  • working with the other members of the staff as a team player.
  • maintaining confidentiality and discretion, at all times, flagging any concerns or issues at the appropriate level.

Personal Assistant for non-corporate environment: your profile

  • Education: a secretarial or language degree, or similar qualification.
  • Experience: a previous working experience as Personal or Management Assistant is required.
  • Languages: Fluent in French, Dutch and English (mandatory), a good knowledge of German is a strong asset. Exceptional attention to detail. Accurate spelling, grammar and punctuation. Accurate proofreading of documents.
  • Computer skills: Advanced Word and Outlook knowledge and a basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Competencies & Personality:
    • Discrete and confidential with the ability to handle sensitive information.
    • Excellent filing and organizational skills. The office applies a clean desk policy.
    • Active listening, communication and excellent interpersonal skills, professional and reliable, able to work autonomously.
    • Flexible and enthusiastic.
    • Stress-resistant, being able to work on multiple tasks according to agreed deadlines.
    • Being creative and providing pro-active support.
