PA to Directors

PA to Directors: your function

  • Anticipate needs of Director when setting up appointments (conference calls, internal/external meetings, conferences, off-sites meetings etc.) providing relevant information to all concerned as appropriate.
  • Organise (and have direct responsibility for) high level internal and external meetings
  • Interact daily with clients' senior management and their assistants
  • Produce proposals, letters, memos etc. in Word / PowerPoint /Excel, in line with company standards under instruction from Directors.
  • Handle a variety of complex administrative tasks including Board and company secretariat support
  • Handle production of presentations
  • Request and follow up on invoices and booking sheets
  • Arrange travel, accommodation and visas
  • Access and answer e-mails
  • Prepare and accurately process timesheets and expenses
  • Provide support to other team members and back-up of other PA’s
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.

PA to Directors: your profile

  • Experience: solid experience as management assistant/PA at director's level
  • Language skills: excellent spoken and written English, good French and/or Dutch
  • IT skills: proficient in MS Office - superior abilities to build and create presentations
  • Personality & competences:
