You will be part of the Financial Advisory team and will mainly provide administrative support to 3 Directors;
The challenge will be to manage the very busy agenda’s & following up timetables in order to be able to communicate efficiently with clients and you will aslo handle the travel arrangements;
You will hande the incoming and outgoing email and communications, draft letters, layout of documents, etc...;
You will also be organizing, coordinating and preparing internal and external meetings as well as assist in the organization of internal/external events;
You will also supervise & organize the filing for the teams.
Management Assistant: your profile
We are looking for people holding a Bachelor degree in Office/Business Management who have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English and who have a relevant working experience of 3-5 years;
Besides this you have a very extensive knowledge of MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
It is important to be a very well organised person with excellent planning skills;
Resistance to stress in an ever changing environment is key for this position;
You are capable of handling contacts and information with the required diplomacy and discretion.
