Legal Assistant: your function

As a Legal Assistant, your main tasks are:

  • Agenda management and travel arrangements
  • Organization of seminars and meeting rooms
  • Handling phone calls
  • Preparation and follow-up of invoicing
  • Preparation of PowerPoint presentations
  • Maintain the database, filing of documents
  • Following-up of time-sheets
  • Back up other assistants when required

Legal Assistant: your profile

  • You have an outstanding (oral and written) knowledge of English, and you are fluent in Dutch and French
  • You have a solid experience (5 to 10 years) as an Assistant or a Secretary
  • You have a high proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • You work accurately, with an eye for detail
  • You are discrete, confidential, reliable, proactive
  • You have excellent communication skills, oral as well as written
  • You are dynamic and positive, you show interest in the content/sector you are working in
  • You can work independently but you are also a teamplayer
  • You are service-minded with a strong focus on the customer
  • An experience in a law firm is a plus (but not a must)

Our client is a prominent law firm, located in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert.
For one of the partners, we are currently looking for an experienced Legal Assistant.
