As a Legal Assistant, your main tasks are:
- Agenda management and travel arrangements
- Organization of seminars and meeting rooms
- Handling phone calls
- Preparation and follow-up of invoicing
- Preparation of PowerPoint presentations
- Maintain the database, filing of documents
- Following-up of time-sheets
- Back up other assistants when required
