For the Luxembourg office of one of our clients, we’re looking for a junior Management Assistant to join a team of professionals. You’ll support a small team by taking care of all typical secretarial tasks like agenda management, meeting organization, handling correspondence, telephone handling and screening, preparing all type of documents and presentations, support in the invoicing process, filing and archiving, keeping databases up-to-date, contacts with internal and external interlocutors, and much more.

This role requires a diligent and well-organized junior assistant, who is very precise in her work. You are highly proficient in MS Office and have strong linguistic skills: a high level in French, Dutch and English is mandatory. You have a service-minded attitude and are a true team player.

You live in the larger Luxembourg area or are ready to move.
