Junior Administrative Assistant: your function

You will provide general administrative and office support activities to 2 departments, mainly Medical and Regulatory Affairs.

Support to Medical Department:

  • Provide administrative support with handling information in contact database (CRM)
  • Contract management: completing signatory process and filing
  • Follow up of payment and billings with health care professionals and other service providers
  • Support in organizing events
  • Assist in training of staff members and new hires
  • Collecting and sending materials, letters etc.
  • Provide general support to the Medical Department

Support to Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance Department:

  • Preparation of all documents for local verification of batches before release to saleable stock
  • Proof reading of leaflets & packaging
  • Scanning and filing documents
  • Data entry of sales numbers
  • Translation into French of leaflets and internal communication
  • Ad hoc administrative support to other departments where needed

Junior Administrative Assistant: your profile

  • Educational background in administration or translation
  • 0-3 years working experience; some experience in a pharmaceuticals or medical environment is a plus
  • Fluent in French and Dutch, good level in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated, pro-active and cooperative
  • Multi-tasking and ability to work with diverse people
  • Ability to build positive working relationships
  • Accuracy and good planning & organizational capacities
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Eager to learn about pharma industry and its regulations
