HR Advisor (full-time or 4/5)

HR Advisor (full-time or 4/5): your function

You will support in the recruitment and employee development activities in order to attract the right candidates and develop employees of the company.

Employee development:

  • Coordinate and organize employee onboarding programs (planning of sessions, book meeting rooms, prepare onboarding info …)
  • Plan and organize all external trainings, in collaboration with HR Director and department manager
  • Registration of all trainings and subsidy applications of internal and external trainings
  • Initiate and report on training evaluations (content, trainer, integration of learnings at work)
  • Key user of training platform and e-learning initiatives
  • Budget follow-up


  • Key user of recruitment tool: create and follow-up of vacancies, support line managers to use the tool, follow-up of applications
  • Recruitment of temps, follow-up of performances, invoices
  • Initiate and follow-up of the onboarding process and internal announcement of new hires
  • Support the HR Director in recruitments (organize assessments, preparation of contracts, salary proposal)
  • Propose initiatives in order to improve the applicant experience and to increase visibility of the company brand

Performance management:

  • Preparation and reporting of evaluation and objective cycle process, support employees with the use of the performance tool
  • Develop motivating communications for managers and employees to explain the process, to achieve a common vision and implementation

  • Taking care of internal communication

HR Advisor (full-time or 4/5): your profile

  • Bachelor or Master in Office Management, Administration, Human Resources or related fields
  • HR experience is not a must, but a first working experience in an administrative support role is a strong asset
  • You must be passionate about Human Resources and motivated to learn
  • A fluency in Dutch and French is mandatory, both spoken and written. A good knowledge of English is an important plus
  • We're especially looking for someone eager to learn and to invest him/herself in this role. You must be communicative, dynamic and have strong organisational skills
  • This position requires independent work, establishing contacts with co-workers and managers in different departments within the company and team work on specific projects.
