  • Handle incoming phone calls and requests from clients
  • Handle incoming emails and web requests from potential customers
  • Deal with questions from residents from the different rental properties
  • Mail handling
  • Prepare, scan and prepare different documents
  • Assist the operational team in daily administrative tasks

Administrative/Office Assistant: your profile

  • You have some work experience within the real estate sector or you have a strong interest in the sector
  • You have good knowledge of French, Dutch and English
  • Client service and helping people is something you love to do
  • You are a self-starter and can work independently with a good team spirit
  • A true problem solver - you go the extra mile
  • You can handle stress and are very well organised
  • Eager to learn
